Using IDConnect
By creating an IDConnect identity or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use IDConnect on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the service.
Your account and your identity
You are responsible for keeping your account secure — we are passkey-first to help. You own the identity and content you put into IDConnect. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not sell, monetize, or repurpose it. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate and display your identity across the channels you choose.
Acceptable use
IDConnect exists for real, accountable identities. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent who or what you are, use the service to deceive or harm people, or attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the platform’s security. Agent identities must be operated on behalf of an accountable principal.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Free is free, with no time limit. Paid plans (Organization, Enterprise) are billed as described on our pricing page. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops paid-tier features at the end of the billing period. Cancelling does not delete your underlying identity — that remains yours.
Availability and changes
We work to keep IDConnect available and accurate, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, improve, or change features over time. Our core commitments — identity is uncapped, agents are first-class, privacy is the default — hold across those changes.
Your data and privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy page, which is part of these terms. In short: minimal collection, no sale of your identity or behavior, controlled projection, and the right to export and delete.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using IDConnect and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms — particularly the acceptable-use commitments around impersonation and abuse — and we will act proportionately.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use IDConnect after a change means you accept the updated terms.
