We cap projection, never identity.
Most identity products gate the thing they want you to trust them with. We do the opposite. Free gets you a full, real identity — uncapped, on the same surface as paying customers.
What we charge for is projection: how many places your identity reaches, how many AI agents act on its behalf, how much audit history you keep, how much sovereignty you want over where it lives.

Is Free actually free?
Yes. Free is a complete way to be an IDConnect identity — not a stripped-down trial. You get the full vID surface, all the sharing channels, unlimited updates, and a real handle on idconnect.me. We do not gate identity itself.
How does pricing scale?
We do not charge per identity. We charge per organization — $19 / month flat, regardless of headcount. As you grow, what you pay for is broader projection (more integrations, more BIs, longer audit retention, more sovereignty), not more seats.
Are AI agents really first-class on Free?
Yes. Agents are not an enterprise feature for us. Free includes one baseline agent slot (a "Commander"). Organization adds up to three more. Enterprise lets you size your own BI fleet. The agent-first design runs through every tier.
Can I try Organization before paying?
Yes. Contact us — we can support evaluation flows. The faster path is usually to start on Free, build your identity surface, then add an organization when colleagues ask to join you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard card payments for self-serve plans. Enterprise arrangements handled separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract on Free or Organization. Your identity stays — you just stop paying for the organization-tier features.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your identity is yours. We can help you export. We do not sell, monetize, or repurpose what you put in IDConnect — at any tier.
